The Old Flame Still Burns

In Apostasia is an idea that was born many years ago, but it only took the form of a band in April 2010.
The songs started being put together and recorded in February 2010 by Jeff Britto, and in April Felipe Brian (Guitars) and Daniel (Drums) were invited to form the band´s first formation.

Musically, the idea is to make Black Metal the old school way.

The lyrics, approach an old but important subject. The belief that religions and the idea of a god have a negative effect on us as a society.

In 2010 the band released it´s first effort, the EP “Awake!”. In 2013, the first full length “Symbol of Disgrace” as released. From 2013 to 2017 the band slowly worked on the next album, “Hail the Kings”, released in October 2017.

“Hail the Kings” was conceived to be like an old LP, with two sides, the “Hail Side”, with 10 In Apostasia tracks and the “Kings Side” which brings 5 tracks meant to pay tribute to some of the bands that have helped to make Black Metal what it is today.

Along the years, In Apostasia played many festivals around Brazil alongside great bands from Brazil e from overseas.
The band is now getting ready to start working on new songs for future new release.
